After that, she was able to secure us multiple offers within the first week the house went on the market. Not only that, all of the offers were above the increased asking price and some even waived inspection!

Jacquelyn went above and beyond by returning to the property one night after a showing when the showing realtor claimed their was a water leak in the basement. Luckily it was just a false alarm.
